The SAP® Cloud specialist becomeCloud GmbH & Co. KG from Karlsruhe confirms the complete takeover of the SAP® project business of Boesch GmbH from Wuppertal and Boesch LLC from San Diego (California, USA).
The Boesch Group is distinguished by its high level of international experience in support and implementation of the cloud ERP product “SAP® Business ByDesign®”. With the sale of its entire SAP® project business to becomeCloud, the company is now withdrawing from the SAP® market. The newcomer becomeCloud, which was founded in 2019, is currently expanding its SAP® Cloud ERP business at a rapid pace, which is the reason why a takeover of Boesch’s SAP® division was a perfect fit – says Michael Kaupp, Managing Director of becomeCloud.
