The SAP® Cloud specialist becomeCloud GmbH & Co. KG from Karlsruhe and EDNC – Eugen Dojan Consulting from Buende, merge on 01.01.2020. This is confirmed by both companies in an official announcement. In future EDNC will operate exclusively under the name of becomeCloud.
According to the management, the goal of the merger is to significantly increase consulting and development services in the area of SAP® Business ByDesign® and SAP® Cloud for Customer (C4/HANA). With this step becomeCloud is expanding its business with a further location in Buende, near Osnabrueck, in the north-west of Germany.
becomeCloud is specialised in SAP® Cloud ERP and SAP® Cloud CRM products and supports customers nationally and internationally on their way to digitalisation. With a team of exclusively highly qualified senior consultants and senior developers, becomeCloud offers maximum expertise for SAP® Business ByDesign®. Michael Kaupp, Managing Director of becomeCloud, is focusing in particular on the extended skill set and additional human resources for new and existing customers of becomeCloud.
EDNC – Eugen Dojan Consulting has been active in the SAP® Cloud development market since 2013. As SAP® development partner (SAP® ISV Partner) EDNC offers a high level of know-how in the area of SAP® Cloud Applications Studio and supports SAP® customers in the extension and integration of SAP® systems. According to Eugen Dojan, owner of EDNC, the expansion of the portfolio with the area of SAP® consulting is particularly noteworthy about the merger.
